Overview
Civic Sphere trains public servants in AI capabilities and in how governments can effectively onboard AI, while enhancing existing civic and gov tech infrastructure to improve public service. We emphasize model specificity to the nature of public services and government programs. We also primarily consider sociopolitical and cultural contexts when designing policy and implementation indicators to help avoid reproducing algorithmic biases and ensure a consistent model.
